GDPR Information Clause

Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR procedure

1. Personal Data Administrator

3. The purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

  Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

a) the necessary and correct performance of the contract concluded between the parties and commercial service, including taking action before concluding the contract or accepting the order at the request of the data subject - the data provided will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point b) Regulation (EU) 2016/697 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation,

b) performing activities in accordance with your consents - the data provided will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point a) and in accordance with the content of the general data protection regulation,

c) performing activities required by applicable legal regulations and administrative - the data provided will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point c) of the Regulation,

d) possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims being the implementation of our legitimate interest in this interest - the data provided will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the Regulation.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access the data and rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and the right to lodge a complaint      with the   supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

5. Information on the voluntary nature of providing data:

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the activities in question

in point 3 of this information clause. If the data is not provided, it will not be possible to perform the above-mentioned activities, i.e. handling orders, concluding a contract /        providing services.

6. Data recipients

  The data provided by you may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, including: IT service providers, postal operator or courier,   banks, debt collectors, law firms and authorized institutions by the power of law.

  The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

7. The period for which the data will be stored

Your personal data will be processed until you object to their processing, and in the event of an objection - for the period of limitation of claims that may be due to the data         subject or the period required by law.

The above information clause fulfills the legal obligation resulting from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the     protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive. It does not require any action on your part.

Personal data collected using "cookies" may be collected only for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents access by unauthorized persons.

Deleting "cookies"

By default, the software used for browsing websites allows for the placing of "cookies" on the end device by default. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the web browser settings or inform about their every transfer to the user's device.
